Dates: 20th - 25th February 2023
Registration includes:
- 6 days/5 nights shared accommodation at our two -beautiful destinations, one in the high hills of Minca and the other along the banks of the invigorating Guachaca River 
- Guided runs led by our Head Coach who will share expert knowledge on trail running techniques and race strategies
- Entry to the magnificent Marinka Falls
- A tour of a local cacao farm where we will partake in a chocolate-making workshop
- Entry to the spectacular Tayrona National Park on the Caribbean Coast  
- Yoga classes guided by our international yoga teacher  
- Nutrition workshop with our Head Coach and Host to discuss how to optimise your performance through your fuel
- Three plant-based meals per day, prepared by expert chefs at both locations 
- Transport between both venues
